All of the Red Yellow Orange belts plus the following techniques to be done with half or full step.
- Double jab, cross, upper cut, round house kick to the head
- Double jab, cross, double block, back fist, spinning back fist
- Double jab, cross, hammer fist, step through elbow & finish with a spinning elbow
- Double jab cross, slip, hook to the body and hook to the head, uppercut
- Axe and sickle kick off the lead leg
The above techniques to be shown of focus pad plus a combination of techniques to be called on the day.
- Ring craft: 2 x 3 minute rounds - must include blocks, counters and slips
- 2 x 2 minute rounds of light continous sparring
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th knife defence
